Help with Motorola H300 Bluetooth headset?

I have gotten my cell phone Samsung T719 to find my H300 but when I attempt to pair them it will not connect. The indicator light goes off ( and then the power too I guess) when they attempt to pair. Anyone have any ideas?

From memory i think you need to make sure the headset is fullly charged if this is 1st time headset ever been paired, and dont you need to have a setting in your phone under "bluetooth" active to be able to pair them up, setting should allow you to not just find another bluetooth item but pair with it. There could be something wrong with headset anyway that needs to be fixed or replaced.
You should be able to pair any bluetooth item together but was moto headset paired with another phone? if so you may have to unpair that 1st as im pretty sure you can only have one main phone its paired with. Could be wrong with that last bit though.
