I have been trying to make 2 recently purchased USB bluetooth adapters recognize my headset. Any suggestions?

I have vista home premium in this laptop and it is a dual core intel. One of the adapters is a kensington and the other is a Targus both are class 2. The headsets are Jabra and plantronics. I am unable to get the adapters to recognize the headsets. The goal is to have a usable bluetooth headset to converse on Skype. Thanks

yes you need to set the headsets into pair mode then using the bluetooth manager you need to search for devices. ps do not have both devices plugged into the computer at once.
