Hi, It is still not available in India separately. It comes as a bundled package with some model Moto mobiles like MOTO ROKR & L9. But there are still some S9 available in the market and may be most of them are not genuine. You need to cross verify and then only you can buy.
As for the rate, it is available for around 4650/- in eBay. In US it cost somewhere around 120 to 129$.
